The comparison you’re looking for is a wood stove vs electric
How is cooking in a modern oven any harder than a microwave? It’s set it and forget it once the ingredients are prepared. With a Traeger it’s set it and forget it but the prep doesn’t go away.
-How many people do you know cooking with wood stoves now that there is something better available?
-Traeger wins a ton of bbq competitions. If it’s good enough for that crowd it’s good enough for me.
