Some programs that actually contribute to happiness.
I recently introduced my family to one of my hobbies that i haven’t done since I was 18 (rock climbing). Climbing was life but when I met my wife she wasn’t down with it so it was squeezed out of my life. 20 years later she is somehow okay with it all of the sudden and I have been able to introduce the whole family to it and they love it. We go 2-3 times a week now.
It has been good for the whole family and build confidence and courage for the kids and gets them some good exercise.
