Agreed. A "bad snap" is not "bad luck," any more than a WR drop, missed tackle
etc., are bad luck. You can blame an official's mistake because that means that someone who does not belong to one of the teams on the field is deciding the result of the game, but you can't blame either team's mental or physical mistakes on bad luck. A bad snap isn't any more or less lucky than the DB's running into each other when "George keeps running" happened, or in 2007 when the Utah safety let Collie get behind him on 4th and 17.
