If any decision or assumption is made based on race, then you are racist.
If you are less trusting of certain races, find certain races less attractive, are more inclined to befriend certain races, then you are racist. It's a tough standard, and I suspect that many of the "never" replies have a different definition of racist.
I do not knowingly engage in predjudicial behaviour, but I am often surprised how predjudice can creep into my thought process uninvited.
