By your very broad definition of racism do you think that a larger percentage of black people in America are openly

racist against whites than the percentage of white people who are openly racist against blacks?

For simplicity I mean only number of people who openly display racist thought, feelings, and ideas rather the depth and depravity of specific racist ideas.
