because they don’t know HOW to disagree about things like racism and what it is. They just label and assign guilt rather than actually trying to understand and be understood.
The former exacerbates division and intransigence. The latter actually invites people to get less defensive, try to slow down and understand, and even concede their own errors in understanding.
