An oncoming car on I 95 outside of DC

Someone swerved into him causing him to lose control. He ping ponged of of cars and objects for a while. When he gout to us he was driving right at us at highway speeds. He must have gotten his wits about him because he then careened into a guard rail.

Destroyed his nice jaguar.
