In the short term, try to talk through her worries
What are you afraid will happen?
“I’ll mess up the routine”
What would happen as a result?
“We will lose. People will laugh. My teammates will hate me.”
Has your team ever lost before? How did that feel? We’re you able to move on from it personally and as a team?
Has anyone messed up at a competition before? Did the audience laugh? Did the teammates make fun of or hate the person that messed up?

I have anxiety. I always felt my fears were irrational. My sister pointed out that most fears are actually quite rational. Just to continue the scenario with your daughter, maybe there was a competition your daughter was in and someone did mess up and was laughed at. It only happened once in all those years, but it still happened. I think the point is that even if that unlikely negative scenario happens, help them understand that life will still be okay and that they will always be loved.
