There are HOA's that don't allow kids. Is that illegal too?

My boss lives in one. It's a retirement community - no one under 50 and no kids allowed.

I installed vinyl flooring and charge them $50 a pet a month. I get $100 a month from some current tenants...

I’ve only got a couple of rentals, but I haven’t had trouble finding pet free tenants.
