It's an over-55 community and our mgt. company gets us "little old ladies" with one cat or small dog. Have not had any problems.

I installed vinyl flooring and charge them $50 a pet a month. I get $100 a month from some current tenants...

I’ve only got a couple of rentals, but I haven’t had trouble finding pet free tenants.
