So what are you gonna do when your tenants just go ESA on you?

Sorry, I already asked this question higher up but nobody answered.

If they get a ESA animal, you can’t do anything, right? But then you’re getting no pet rent, no pet deposit.

I installed vinyl flooring and charge them $50 a pet a month. I get $100 a month from some current tenants...

I’ve only got a couple of rentals, but I haven’t had trouble finding pet free tenants.
