You include things in bundles that the majority of customers want. You charge a la carte for things fewer customers want, to make it available without everyone having to pay for it. Unless you are scared that your a la carte features cannot stand on their own. At that point, it was a poor business decision to waste time creating them (and now maintaining them) in the first place.
