I'm not sure who does the Jet Ski rentals now. It was Tahoe Water Sports, but they aren't doing them any longer. You'll need to do research. You can launch your SUP from the main beach. You can also rent SUPs and kayaks from Sand Harbor rentals right there. There is a small snack place that sells smoothies and such, but we usually bring a cooler with our own food. They don't allow propane grills on the beach, but I grilled burgers out in the parking lot behind our car. I don't know if I was breaking the rules or not by doing it in the parking lot, but no one said anything.

If you are coming from Carson, give yourself plenty of time.
