The highest one is quite high. My cousin hit the water on his
first jump with his leg bent and broke his leg.

My BIL jumped probably 10 times in a single day without issue, and then on one must have hit the water crooked and broke a rib.

A SIL went in with her legs out in front of her once and came out with the back side of her legs all completely covered in bruises. Some of the worst bruising I’ve ever seen.

I’ve jumped those cliffs a couple times when I was much younger, and I was fine. And I’ve been there with people jumping a bunch of times, and almost all with no problem. But I think it’s high enough and the impact strong enough that if you’re crooked it can be a problem.
