Some people prefer to have BYU fans at the BYU game.
Nothing 5 yr old level about that.
When we sell or give out tickets away we give them to BYU fans.

It’s not a reasonable request imo. Just give them the tickets with no rules or give them to two BYU fans.

Trade them to a loyal fan who already has 2 tickets in a cheaper section, then give him the lesser tickets.
