Ours is half beagle and half sneaky neighbor dog. As he got older it was obvious

that sneaky neighbor dog was at least part pit (but I suspect not full). He's a super gentle dog, lets the kids climb all over him, play with his mouth, and he's not aggressive at all. He does occasionally let out a choked beagle howl though, and that drives me nuts.
