no Pitbulls ever camp and thought they were a dangerous breed until my wife brought one home from the shelter without my knowledge. I got pretty freaked out when I realized the dog she'd adopted was a Pitbull and did a ton of research and realized that the breed was getting a pretty unfair and underserved rap. And then from my own experience with the dog I was pleasantly surprised at how well-tempered, obedient and sweet the dog was. I would definitely adopt another Pitbull as I've owned Labs and a Cocker Spaniel before and the Pitbull has been the best of the bunch. I would be saddened if the breed was banned, but I'm definitely open to owning other breeds and as our Pitbull is getting quite old at this point (8-years-old) I've been thinking about getting another dog and am leaning towards getting a Boston Terrier as I really like that breed and have always wanted one.
