Burt is more athletic then Hadley, but Hadley was more talented at RB.

Burt in the open field is going to torch Hadley because he is more athletic. Faster stronger. However Hadley's field vision, awareness and game intelligence allows him to run more effectively then Burt how is not as intelligent on the field nor is he able to see well.
