I don't dispute that Hadley is a better running back...i would still say Burt
has more natural talent.
Hadley may have done a better job at developing skills, which made him a better running back.
I realize I'm arguing semantics here...but i see talent as size, speed, and natural strength. I also realize those aren't the only elements that make a player good.
