The two words are far too often conflated, but I'd say that talent refers
more to skillful execution than it does to raw athleticism.
Hadley had better vision, shiftiness, and ability to fall forward. To me that's talent.
Burt had horrible vision but better top end speed. Thus he's less talented but more athletic. It also turns out guys like that are often less effective as players.
