that has kept people from seeking mental health help for decades, especially veterans. There are dozens of studies showing ESAs help veterans with PTSD and make a statistically significant difference in Vet suicide rate.

I think it's just service animals protected by the ADA but it is illegal to bar service dogs.

Sorry it’s not the ADA, but rather the FHA - fair housing act that allows them.
