Here you go. At its core, it's an agreement.


This agreement sees competitors capping what they can offer athletes, instead of that compensation being determined by the market. This is a cartel. This is not a free market. This is what you are defending.

What do you think would happen if the schools didn't have an agreement on capping athlete compensation?
