Do you think the NFL salary cap is illegal collusion?
There is no secrecy, no deception, no coersion for NCAA players. The rules are publicly advertised, and people voluntarily agree to them.

NFL owners have got together and determined that teams cannot pay more than $188 million for player salaries. Is this a cartel that runs contrary to free market principles, or is this a private organization determining what rules they want to implement for participation in their league?
