and those who believe we have any shot at a Playoff spot as Independent is clearly completely out of touch with the game today.... there are P5's who legitimately don't have a shot at a Playoff spot... the playoffs have more to do with the name of the team rather than the seasons accomplishments. Using UCF as an example of G5 not being able to get us what we need is a logic failure. TCU and Baylor both lost 1 game each the first year they had the playoffs, and neither one of them got in to the playoffs... and both were more than deserving.

What UCF did accomplish was incredible, and it's what BYU needs to make their goal.
