rushes 3 down lineman, and drops 8. and it is SO apparent when he is going to do it - he never puts 4-DL in and then drops one at the snap etc - he either rushes what he has when putting 4+ on the LoS, or only rushes 3.

There are many generalized expressions of frustration surrounding the Tuiaki led defense, but usually those are surrounded by phrases such as:
- Head coaches best friend....
- more holes in the D than Swiss Cheese
- giving the offense 10 yards before contact
- don't start playing defense until they are backed up inside the 20

there can be others, but the above represent a frustration phrase. the phrase "Only rushes 3 most of the time" is just a factual statement, regardless of frustration.
