While we've had some headaches and setbacks, we've been able to ramp them into the projections we originally calculated.
The opportunities are not many, but know your market, know your numbers, know your strategies and know what you need to hit in order to break even. Make sure to build in some flexibility so that you can miss your projections by 10-20% and still be ok.
In our latest venture we are going to try airbnb instead of a long term rental. We'll see how that goes and how we like it.
