I agree 100% with above post. Didn't want to spend 30 minutes posting facts
that no one really cares about anyway. I've owned lots of properties in Utah but currently I own lots of properties in Texas and Florida. In my opinion, more bang for the buck with less upside risk. I always like bread and butter type rentals which are getting more difficult to find in Utah.
