Also, the properties that make financial sense are, as noted by many here, free and far between. Even if I had the capital to make another purchase, finding another good property wouldn't necessarily happen very quickly.
But yeah. The deals I got were excellent.
My price per square foot was
$77 in 2010
$65 in 2018
$105 in 2019

The most recent one is is much higher end property than the other 2 I thought we got a steal for it.
