up. Starting over multiple times is a terrible way to improve. I am tired and done with Kalani, but I think he can still make it work. I just hate what I have seen. I do think if he went out and got an actual DC coordinator, BYU would be MUCH improved. Kalani is a players coach, he is a great guy and most people like him. But he doesn't appear to be that involved in game planning, or he gives his OC and DC most of the say or control.

He has to have great coaches around him, I don't think he will do it himself.
