In the last 30 years, BYU is 13-43 on the road against all FBS teams that win at least 8 games in a season.
BYU is 5-37 vs. 9 win or better FBS teams on the road during the same stretch. It's not at all surprising that we lost to Toledo. No they aren't great. But they probably are good, and that's good enough to beat BYU away from Provo.
