Only loss will be to the #1 team in the nation and then they would have a win over Auburn who beat Oregon.

A 1 loss Bama easily gets in over a 1 loss Utah even if Utah finishes with a better SOS. That loss to USC is devastating. A lot easier to recover from a loss to #1 LSU than unranked USC.

And while Utah has won pretty convincingly every week, Bama has won games by even more. Lowest margin of victory so far is 21 points against A&M.

And Utah will not have better SOS than Georgia. Georgia beat Notre Dame, Florida, and will play Auburn and then in the SEC title game if they win out.

Clemson and Baylor have weak SOS but they have to win out to make the CFB. Very likely Clemson does that. And Undefeated, they would both get in over Utah.

One loss Baylor is out and it’s probably a draw between one loss Oklahoma and one loss Utah.
