Finally got tired enough I found someone who was giving away some kittens, went and got two of them. Locked them in my garage for a week, and now they use my dog door to get in and out of my garage. I keep food, water, and a bed for them in the garage and had them both fixed so we don't have any little ones, but the only mice I have seen since are the dead ones they leave me on my back porch occasionally. My prarie dog problem has also dissappeared.

This solution costs me $10/month in cat food. I got the cats from a local dairy.
