If you want to isolate if it's the battery, jump it this way.
Unhook the connectors from your car to your battery.

Have them be connected ONLY to the jumper cables that are connected to your other running car.

Have someone gently rev the engine of the car you are jumping from.

Try to start your car.

If the same "turn over issue" persists, the problem is most likely NOT your battery.

If your car cranks and starts as it normally should, then most likely it is your battery.

A low or dead battery when still connected to your car during the jump start attempt, can actually divert the charge from your jumper cables to your battery instead of going wholly to your cranking efforts.

I didn't know this myself until I had my minivan's battery die and was unsuccessful jumping it with a couple different cars until a Truck showed up, disconnected my battery, connected his jumper cables and it started right up.

So for me it was the battery although I thought it was an electrical issue or starter issue, etc.
