Realistically could be out very shortly after his 80th birthday. He did this offense when he was almost 70 so I still have some concerns if he lives that long. He has some health issues so hopefully it won’t be an issue. I think given the circumstances It was the right decision it just always eats away at me knowing there is a chance I could be setting him up to hurt another kid even if it is a small chance given his age. Plus I think someone convicted of this twice should have zero hope in their life of ever getting out of prison.
