donations are good. But BYU should do their part in announcing they want
a new facility and then allow the fans to give money for it. But the psychology or some other department might have a problem with that approach and would undoubtedly complain. I love BYU, but some of the ways they do certain things makes no sense.

Rather they don't want to be beholden to some big donor whose name is on a building that may later embarrass them.
