If you can get them to accept your money to build a bigger one, I would not
object.
But just last season they averaged less than 50% of capacity (2,084 average for 4,200 stadium). And those are for inexpensive tickets.
Stadiums even small ones are expensive to build.

Rather they don't want to be beholden to some big donor whose name is on a building that may later embarrass them.
