As already mentioned, the difference is that Liberty actually has classes and

policies dedicated to persecuting Mormons and teaching students to hate them. BYU doesn't have anything like that towards the people that falsely accuse it, its accusers are just mad BYU doesn't agree with them. Liberty actively persecutes and teaches hatred of Mormons. Two completely different cases.
