That would be my ask. Injuries are gonna happen. Coaches are gonna make bad calls. Those things are gonna happen. You generally need a perfect storm of limiting those things to have a "special" type year.  Those are the non-controllables. But, I think you can take a look at this year and say what did we learn and where can we better with what we have full control over. It may show up in results it may not. It may be shuffling or changing the staff. It may be in how you prepare the team each week. We could be emotionally prepared for all of our games with better scheme and play calling next year and end up with a different record and not always positive, but why not expect our staff to improve where they can.
