I think that's part of it. Emotionally as much as physically. However, if we continue to recruit with rankings in the 80's, how much depth can you build. I think our current state of recruiting has worked well for building depth in the DB rankings. But, this is an area that I think you have to get better at. Kalani has shown he can recruit as a coord and position coach, but a HC does far less travel and selling than your staff. I think you can look at that and say we need more AJ Steward, Jenaro Gilford type recruiters on this staff. I think you'd see us in a really good spot if we could even get a little better here.
