I just posted on another thread about the same thing you did with differences in schools and recruiting. This isn't Utah or even Oregon State, but Bronco had a few really good recruiters on his staffs that landed some really good talent(3-4 a year that we aren't landing now). I think if you could get to the point where Bronco was (60's) combo that with a couple of good GT's a year and the model that Gilford has adopted to land athletic DB's and develop them as he has with Wilcox than you have a really nice opportunity to improve your team
