Oklahoma beat Baylor, and if it wins its conference will have beaten them twice, not to mention OSU, ISU and Texas.
That would be 2 wins against ranked teams, and possibly 4 wins against ranked teams if either OSU or ISU can remain ranked. Utah would only have had one win over a ranked team, and that would be Oregon, who itself has only one win over any ranked team (assuming USC stays ranked).
There would be no argument that Oklahoma's resume would be better. It would be up to the committee to say that despite the resume, they believe that is the better team.
