Utah State is a program that is exactly the function of whatever HC they have. They are like aluminum foil. If there

is a hot burner (John L. Smith, Gary Anderson, Matt Wells) applied, they have had a good year or two, and made things competitive with BYU. But they have never had enough heat on their own, removing the burner, to sustain things. So much more goes into program quality than recent success.
