Yes, USU used to be a horrible program
No argument there. I don't think USU fans would have called wither 6-7 teams rebuilding. I think they were successes.
6-7 and 8-5 were both huge successes at Virginia. They weren't rebuilds.
Sitake took over a very good program and took it down into the depths of the abyss where no one had gone before. He then had two seasons in a row following that would have been considered rebuilding years with the previous coach.
