Of course you don't. BYU fans do themselves a huge disservice when they
only post stories or pay attention to anything negative on Utah.
But clearly both polls, most of the Fox, CBS and ESPN pundits and the CFP committee and the majority of projections have Utah ahead of OU.
There are exceptions like 538, Jerry Palm and a few others. That's expected as CFB is notorious for the east coast bias and the brand component.
We all know there is an inherent preference for established brands, not just for the recognizability, but the presumption of superior talent because of the recruiting advantages. That's always plagued Utah and others when were non-BCS.
New technologies, like the PFF, and the openness about NFL draft implications, Utah's track record of NFL prospects and the massive Utah presence for the senior bowl help eliminate some of that presumptive reasoning.
