Several years a go, I worked in the development office for one of the MWC schools,   I did a huge research project on this subject,  What I did was call several universitys Athletics development offices throughout the country and see what they do and what benifits come from each level. The lowest level usually got a decal, the highest level usually was given one or two all access passes,  meaning access to all athletic events basically sitting wherever they wanted.  Standing on the sideline of football games.   Another benefit was parking. Several levels of parking.

One thing that you may want to start if it hasnt been started yet is doing something with the recent alumni is having a program set up for recent graduates. (Up to Five years of graduating) Instead of making young alumni pay full price for season tickets and for their seating donation.  Give it to them at discounted rate maybe half of what it normally would be.
