Study after study has failed to show any causal link between vaccinations and autism.

Many kids begin exhibiting autistic behaviors around the same time they get some of their major vaccinations, so it may seem like there is a link. But with how highly scrutinized this has been, even a very small link would have been detected by now. Thankfully it has not.
