It's absolutely their right to decide what or what not to inject into their
children and when or when not to do it.
Parents make hundreds of choices for their children from home environment, school, religion, baptism, activities, diet, healthcare, etc... I think the American diet has created an obesity epidemic far greater than anything else. But I would never mandate what a parent feeds their own children.

I think a big part is acknowledging and validating their concerns. There ARE adverse side effects to vaccinations.
