Unless there is a scandal Mississippi will keep him forever...

He plays exciting football that fans love to watch and in the SEC he should be able to get better athletes who would otherwise go to another conference. However, he will have the same challenge he has at every school he's coached. He's being brought in at a bottom tier of the conference school.

Leach lifted TT, lifted Wazzu, I sincerely hope he has the strength to lift MSt.
