Litigation is too expensive, that’s for sure.
Unless you happen to be an attorney yourself which I’m assuming you aren’t or you probably already would’ve taken care of it!
I would probably call out another service provider and get it resolved. Don’t deal with that guy anymore. Give him a severe online review. That’s my two cents.
