Just demand that they fix it all.
There's no way it's unrelated.

As to whether you should have brought that up late on a Sunday evening, that's debatable (sounds like you were just wondering aloud, and he took it badly, but the timing wasn't great for anybody to be discussing fault).

Your damages are minimal at this point and certainly don't merit litigation yet (court costs and heartache will far outstrip whatever you might b3e out of pocket now).

Request (demand) that they fix everything at their cost. Do it professionally and courteously and thank them for being responsive so far.

I imagine they will fix everything at their cost if you lay out the situation very professionally. If they refuse, then you can consider what to do next.

Take care of the most pressing problem first: get your heat back on.
